Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. It all happens inside the WhatsApp you already have.
What can I send?
Images and short videos. If the file is too big, Pulbi tells you instead of failing silently.
Why is there a seat limit?
Pulbi starts with 100 seats in total, distributed across the active numbers. Each number serves up to 50 people and, after 30 days without activity, the seat may be released.
Does Pulbi keep my photos?
The media is used to make the sticker and nothing is published. The detail lives on the privacy page.
Is it free?
Today it is, with no sign-up. If that changes, we will say so here before it does.
What languages does Pulbi reply in?
Pulbi replies in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, based on the language of the first message. The website is also available in those four languages.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Write to contact@pulbi.app and we will sort it out.
What else can Pulbi do?
It also downloads videos from the most common social networks. Some downloads can fail and we keep improving it. When something fails, Pulbi explains why and you can try again.
