You must read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the bot's functions. By replying that you accept or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you can enter this agreement and comply with the terms of WhatsApp and accessed services. If you disagree, do not use Pulbi.

Pulbi is a free service that creates stickers from images and short videos and attempts to download media from compatible links. Supported formats, duration, size, quality and websites may change. Public feedback runs separately at feedback.pulbi.app.

Initial operation has 100 global seats across active numbers, currently 50 per instance. One person should keep one shared registration. The queue does not guarantee entry and reservations expire within 30 minutes. After 30 days without activity, your seat may be released. Numbers may be replaced without losing the central registration control.

You keep your rights in submitted content and state that you are authorised to use it. You grant Pulbi only the temporary permission needed to receive, convert, cache and return the requested media. You are responsible for the content, people depicted and use or sharing of the resulting sticker or download.

Do not send illegal, abusive or exploitative material, sexual content involving minors, privacy or copyright violations, malware, fraud, harassment or incitement to violence. Do not evade seats, limits, authentication, filters, network or security; automate abusive load; resell the service; or use Pulbi for spam or activity that puts numbers and users at risk.

Download only content you may lawfully access and reuse. Pulbi grants no rights in third-party media, does not guarantee continued support for any platform and does not control source-site availability, accuracy, quality or terms. Links may fail or be refused for security reasons.

Group features are optional and limited to authorised groups and recognised admins. Unregistered participants are invited privately to accept the terms and take a seat before using the bot. Moderation commands depend on WhatsApp permissions and do not replace group admins' responsibility.

The service is provided as available. It may be unavailable due to maintenance, database, hosting, API, WhatsApp, blocked or replaced numbers, capacity limits or events beyond our control. We may fix, limit, change or end features while preserving mandatory rights and, where possible, giving notice of material changes.

We may warn, limit or suspend access to protect people, numbers, infrastructure and third-party rights, or for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and start “delete my data” at any time; full erasure requests go to contact@pulbi.app.

We use reasonable efforts to operate Pulbi safely, but the service is provided as available without guarantees of results, perfect quality, absence of artefacts, compatibility, file preservation or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulbi is not liable for user content, third-party acts or indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded, including fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where the law so provides.

You may submit ideas at feedback.pulbi.app. Your content remains yours, but you allow Pulbi to display, moderate and use it to evaluate or develop the service without a duty to implement, pay for or maintain the suggestion. Do not publish secrets, unnecessary personal data or unauthorised third-party content.

Mandatory data protection, consumer and digital-service laws applicable where you live remain in force. These terms do not select an exclusive forum or remove your right to approach a competent court, authority or dispute process. We will first try to resolve issues through contact@pulbi.app. If one clause is invalid, the others remain effective. Portuguese guides interpretation, but translations or differences never reduce mandatory rights. Material changes will be posted and may require acceptance again.
